At the heart of "Heirlooms" lies a commitment to showcasing the incredible talent within our organization, celebrating our diversity, and using these elements to build inclusive teams. By spotlighting the unique individuals and cultural differences that make us who we are, we aim to organically educate our teams and guests, and foster open dialogue, creating an environment where inclusion thrives.
To ensure consistency and engagement, we’ve structured "Heirlooms" as a year-long series, with a new video released each month. These videos are carefully aligned with national heritage months, allowing us to explore and celebrate diverse cultures in a meaningful way.
Our approach to "Heirlooms" is both strategic and creative. We’ve developed consistent branding for the series, ensuring it’s instantly recognizable as part of our broader commitment to diversity and inclusion. By adopting an influencer and TikTok-style approach, our content remains adaptable to changing trends while maintaining a focus on emotionally relevant stories, each video thoughtfully crafted to be around one minute in length.
Each episode in the series centers around a specific topic that ties back to a family heirloom, offering a personal glimpse into our associates’ cultural backgrounds. These heirlooms might be cherished family recipes, cooking items passed down through generations, memorable gatherings that became traditions, or even family mottos that resonate with their heritage.
Through "Heirlooms," we are not just telling stories—we are sharing our collective experiences, honoring the past, and inspiring a more inclusive future.
